Event Specialist: Online and Content (Hired)

Marketing cluster - Reporting to Head of Events

Purpose and contribution to company strategy 

The purpose of this role is to support Head of Events and Partnerships to execute on the Top Employers events strategy by producing online events, taking care of online promotion of all global and regional events and delivering copy and content for (the promotion of) events and sponsorships. The candidate will work closely in a team with the Events Specialist: Live Events production, the Head of Events and in the broader Global Marketing team. The candidate is a native English speaker.

Key result areas and main activities

1. Support the production of global and regional online events

· Plan and produce global online events series (webinars / fireside chats / round tables)

· Manage tooling for webinars, registration, engagement and interaction

2. Online promotion for global and regional events

· Set-up and monitor social media campaigns

· Create event landing pages

· Set up and monitor performance of online events

· Write copy for landing pages and campaigns

3. Delivery of copy and content for global and regional events

· Produce webinar presentations that are on brand, interactive, inspiring and engaging

· Work together with content leadership team on inspiring content for online events

4. Promotion and content for Sponsorships

· Produce content for sponsorships

· Online promotion of sponsorships

5. Managing the Top Employers community in the Top Employers Portal

· Manage the online Top Employers community

· Produce inspiring and engaging content

Requirements

· Higher Vocational Education or equivalent

· 3 – 5 years experience as event planner, content marketeer, online marketeer

· Experience with organizing international events

· A creative and structured connector

· Experienced practitioner, independent self-starter

· Advanced knowledge of tools and tech for hybrid and online events

· Strong verbal and virtual communication skills

· Advanced English

· Place of residence near any of our following offices: Amsterdam, Antwerp, London, Paris, Valencia, Dusseldorf, Cape Town
