Certification Process Analyst

The Certification Process Analyst is responsible for optimising the flow of the Certification Process. In this role it contributes and improves our operational excellence and scalability by providing the right tooling and strengthening capabilities within the Certification Cluster.
Key result areas and main activities
Optimised workflow through risk profiles:
- Provide analyses of the submitted answers and their clients to create and continuously update risk profiles that support a more effective and efficient Validation Process
- Define / Create Certification Process workflows based on these risk profiles
Data analyses that contributes to improving our operational excellence and scalability:
- Analyses of activities, clients, HR Auditors, practices, and trends
- Create dashboards to support the Certification process for all HR Auditors
- Create dashboards to support the external audit
Unlocked areas of improvement by continuous analysing of certification process:
- Provide suggestions for optimising Self Validation
- Provide suggestions for additional (Document) Validation
- Monitoring and analysing the customer behaviour, journey (where do our contacts stop, where do they ask for help, etc.)
Insights and trend analyses from answers submitted by clients:
- Analyses of submitted answers by client (segments type, hierarchies)
- Statistical analyses
- Provide insights, highlight areas of attention and provide suggestions regarding next steps
Workforce Planning template available for Certification Cluster:
- Create and update Workforce Planning Template
- Monitor accuracy of Planning and Allocation of workload
Continuous improvement contributions:
- Facilitate the exchange of practices with the team(s) to optimise the certification process
- Pro-actively contribute to improvement of the Certification Cluster in terms of optimisation rules, process, dashboards, communication, etc.
Qualification Criteria
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in process and workflow improvement
- Strong analytical skills (including with non-numerical data) and ability to transform data into insights and solutions
- Collaborative and detailed orientated approach
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Analytic Tooling. Familiarity with Salesforce desirable
- Fluent in English
